November 14th - The roof is now fully tiled and the Velux windows are in so come wind or shine progress should continue unabated from here on in. The electricians have trailed wires all through and even Nick the sound man has done a first fix. Real progress on the inside although from the outside now it will appear to all slow down. As a Christmas present the contractor has agreed that in December we can do a couple of afternoon 'turn up and be shown round' events - more details later!
Homage to a chippie! In all weathers over the past two months or so our trusty chippies have been hard at work putting the roof on and building internal walls. Never complaining (!!), they have been a treat to have on site, so a big thank you to Steve and his colleagues. THANK YOU!
